Processing Time

Orders are typically packed and shipped within 2–5 business days after your order is placed. During new collection launches, sales, or holiday periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If you've entered the wrong address, email us at support@pawstmarkclub.com as soon as possible. We'll do our best to update it before your order has been shipped.

Once your order has been mailed, we are unable to make any changes to the shipping address.
